Sooji ka halwa, At my house, we frequently make the relatively easy but incredibly delicious dessert known as sooji ka halwa. It is exquisitely lovely, with a gently soft, crumbly texture, a mildly sweet flavour, and faint rose and cardamom undertones. As a really scrumptious breakfast option, Sooji Ka Halwa can also be served with pooris (deep-fried flatbreads), Punjabi Cholay, and a potato curry.
