Tawa Fish Fry
Ingredients:
1: Fish half a kg
2: lemon juice two tablespoons
3: crushed garlic half a tablespoon
4: salt to taste
5: brown onions two tablespoons
6: cumin seeds one tablespoon
7: ground ginger one tablespoon
8: chopped chilies two tablespoons
9: yogurt quarter cup
10: finely chopped 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
11: cooking oil as required
Method:
1: Mix all the ingredients in the fish and keep it for an hour, then add a little oil and fry it.
2: Only five minutes, fry it on a low flame. When the water dries up, remove it.
3: Heat the oil in a relatively large pan. First, add garlic, ginger and finely chopped tomatoes.
4: Then add all the spices and finally add curd.
5: Add the fried fish pieces slowly to the spices and fry it on a very low flame.
6: Now add green chillies, mint. And start with naan after garnishing with sliced ginger.
