Ingredients:

1: goat meat half kg

2:oil half cup

13:some cinnamon

Method:

1: Add eight cups of water in one pot. Wash a meat and add it.

2: At the same time, put one onoin, six cloves of garlic, ginger, half a pinch of tea, fennel and dried coriander into a potli and cook for a long time so that the meat is cooked and four cups of water is left in the pot.

3: Grind the herbs and strain the yolk and keep it.

4: wash the rice and soak it in water for half and hour.

6: Add all the hot spices, after two minutes , add half a teaspoon of ginger paste and fry.
