Easy homemade chicken soup recipe I made a recipe that my family adored lighter and simpler to prepare. With a green salad and fresh bread, it’s a filling and healthy meal.
ingredients
1: Two 14 1/2-ounce cans of low-sodium chicken broth
2.2 teaspoons of finely minced dried onion
3. A 16-ounce package of mixed frozen vegetables
4: Two cups of cubed, cooked chicken breast
5: Undiluted, sodium-condensed, 10-3/4 ounces of each in two cans of cream of chicken soup
Method:
1: In a large pot, bring the broth and onion to a boil.
2: Become less warm. To sauté vegetables until crisp-tender, add, cover, and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
3: The soup and chicken are completely heated.
