1: Chocolate Wafers Biscuits 1 cup (crushed)
2: Milk Chocolate 2 cups (chopped)
3: Cream Cheese 2 cups
4: Sugar 1 cup
5: Flour 2 tablespoons
6: Eggs 2
7: Butter 2 tablespoons
8: Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
9: White chocolate as per Like
Method of chocolate cheese cake:
1: Add sugar and butter to the biscuit crumbs and mix well and press well into the bottom of the cake tin.
2: Put the cream cheese, flour and sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric beater until combined (two to three minutes), then add the eggs one by one and beat lightly.
3: Melt the crushed chocolate in the microwave or over boiling water and add to the cheese mixture.
4: Pour the vanilla essence into the prepared cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for twenty five to thirty minutes.
5: After cooling well, carefully remove the cake from the mold and place it in the refrigerator to cool.
